Every septic installation and repair we complete is backed in writing. Below are the terms we stand behind on every job.

Warranty Coverage
A. Labor Warranty
All labor performed during the installation or repair of your septic system is warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of project completion.
Terms & Conditions
A. Warranty Voidance
This warranty shall be considered null and void if the customer authorizes or permits any third party to service, repair, modify, or tamper with any portion of the septic system — including but not limited to the sprinkler pump or aerator — during the active warranty period.
If a third-party service is needed during the warranty period, contact us first so the warranty stays intact.
Extended Warranty Option
Customers may opt into an extended warranty for one (1) additional year following the same terms and conditions as the standard warranty. Pricing is quoted at project completion based on system size and scope.
Customer Acknowledgment
By accepting services from A&E Contractors & Waste Management, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this warranty agreement, including adherence to proper septic system maintenance and compliance with warranty provisions.
